Performance data in accordance with DIN ISO 7185 relate to an input pressure of 7 bar (0) and an inlet temperature of 35 °C. Please multiply by the appropriate corrective factors where the input conditions deviate.
The regeneration air portion depends on the actual operating conditions. At a system pressure of 7 bar, the average demand for regeneration air amounts to approximately 15%.

The operation of compressed air systems with conventional adsorption dryers suffers from system-related pressure drop. This deficiency needs to be compensated via an increased compressor performance, this requiring a higher energy demand.
Cold-regenerated DRYPOINT AC adsorption dryers offer a convincing solution to the problem:
BEKO has developed an adsorption dryer which limits the pressure drop to an average of only 0.25 bar, including the pre- and final filters.- Compared with conventional constructions, this represents an improvement of over 50%.
Thus, acquisition costs will be repaid through energy savings costs after an average of only three years.
